Crews provide preventative booming services for all barge and ship traffic at this location. Global has worked with Paramount to find the most effective and efficient way of providing this service. Paramount became a leader in the Puget Sound by requiring all of their ship and barge traffic to be contained during transfers prior to the Washington state ruling that required all transfers to be preventively contained.
