David DeVilbiss
Mr. DeVilbiss has been in the maritime industry since 1991, gaining experience as a diver, supervisor, salvage master and project manager. He has worked with the majority of large international salvage companies on marine casualty response projects around the world. Mr. DeVilbiss started as a diver with Global in 1996 and moved up through the ranks, acting as Marine Operations Manager, Casualty Response Manager, and Alaska Regional Manager, before being appointed Vice President of Casualty & Emergency Response in 2011. His duties include maintaining client relationships and strategic positioning. Mr. DeVilbiss studied engineering at LeTourneau University and holds a Commercial Diving certificate from Divers Institute of Technology.
