US Coast Guard Highlights Teamwork During Hurricane Response

When Hurricane Michael struck the Florida Coast late last fall, the US Coast Guard responded, coordinating efforts with FEMA and other state and federal agencies, and streamlining recovery tasks by creating one Unified Command. Global and Moran Environmental Recovery are proud to have played a vital role in this large scale response.
In the latest issue of the American Salvage Associations’ Soundings magazine, the USCG takes a look at the lessons they learned during the efforts, and highlights the leadership and teamwork of the recovery and environmental crews on the project.
